		<description>It's crazy that a child in kindergarden is even aware of race. There's no way they would know unless they were taught about it. I didn't know anything about race until I was about 10 years old and I was exposed to all types of races up until that point. I've heard of the adoption option and I think that's just as crazy. People obviously need to learn to think more with their hearts and for themselves than listen to the tape recorder of "that's just the way it is" or "it's always been that way".</description>

		<description>I have one bi-racial child and 3 very white children.  In kindergarten he had some issues with a racist little girl.  Now though, he has no issues and doesn't even seem to care his skin is different.  My parents wanted me to give him up for adoption because of this very issue.  I believe it's about ignorance, just as racism is.  It's the same thing!  Why can't we all just get along?? haha
