This is going to sound totally harsh, but I was a little turned off by this post. I had family members that had guinea pigs, so I know people love them, but I’ve came to the conclusion that I don’t. Cats, dogs or a fish or two are all fine by me but I don’t quite get what’s so great about this animal that looks like a cross between a rabbit and rat. I feel that it’s great for parents out there to blog about all the births and deaths in their lives, but there’s got to be a limit. You’ve been warned. Guinea Birth

I just love when parents encourage and love for their children to have close relationships. Sure, there will be moments with them all and I’m sure some brothers and sisters are so different that getting them to connect is as likely as acid wash coming back, but for all the parents out there that spot it and encourage it, I’m on board.
