I'm not a mom yet, just envious of those who are. The two "look-out" guys got off scott free. And if I am not mistaken, all the girls are either home and taking counseling or maybe one is still locked up with a deal in the works.. I was very disturbed when I saw the video of the young girls brutally beating another young girl. Being a mother to a young child it scares me to think of things like this happening. I agree we have become way to numb and desensitized to violence. I do think we need to spend more of an effort in "our own backyards", stopping violence here, before spending our resources in other countries. Donna Laurel, this is a great post.
