		<description>This is really a terrific situation that certain someone attempting to spoil your kids. But here thinkable matter is why certain someone doing so. Is there any animosity with you? There are some special situations in which we are in fault then i am speechless but if not then must remember certain someone his grandma.</description>

		<description>My advice is: pick your battles. Decide which things are really important, and tell the offending party so. If it's something relatively minor, let it go. There's no need for family war over grandma giving an extra toy, etc.  For the cell phone issue, maybe she can call the phone provider and restrict the line. I know there are things they can do, like only allowing incoming/emergency calls...?
Good luck to your friend- I think many parent go through similar things.</description>

If she doesn't want her own child to have things the "certain someone" wants her child to have, she needs to be assertive with the guilty party and respectfully but firmly say No. And mean it. 

No apologies need to be given, this is her child, her decision. :)</description>
