No wonder my children are freaking geniuses!

A study soon to be published in the journal Evolution and Human Behavior shows that women with small waists and big hips may have more developed brains due to the storage of Omega 3 fatty acids around the hips. Omega 3s are very well known for aiding in brain development, mental acuity and memory storage.

The study will outline that the storage of Omega 3s not only benefits the women themselves, but also aids in fetal development when they’re pregnant.

Whoo hoo, I was wondering why my kids were doing so well. Here I thought it was all the reading and parental involvement. This is yet another reason pregnant women should enjoy eating without guilt while they have a chance!

I’m so excited about this development, I’m going to head over and tell Curvy Diva. Meanwhile, maybe Shakira should knock out a couple of genius kids.
